Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 egg
Preparation
    In small saucepan, heat first 3 ingredients until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    In large bowl, blend warm liquid, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast and egg at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, stir in remaining wheat flour and enough all-purpose flour to form stiff dough.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Place dough in vegetable-sprayed bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Then punch down dough. Divide dough in 20 pieces; shape into balls.
    Place on greased pan; cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
