Cholesterol-Free Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
6 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend together cake mix, pie filling and egg whites in a large mixer bowl.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Spread half of the batter in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Repeat with remaining batter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 20 to 35 minutes, until wooden toothpick, inserted in center, comes out clean.
Cool.
