Western Bean Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can butter beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 lb. lean hamburg
3 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp, put aside.
Brown hamburg with onion in a large skillet.
Drain off.
Combine all remaining ingredients. (Be sure to drain all liquid from beans.)
Put in casserole.
Heat in oven until hot through and through.
Sprinkle bacon over and serve.
