Raisin-Nut Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. lukewarm water
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    6 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. molasses or honey
    1 c. wheat germ
    8 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. soy flour
    3 c. white flour
    1 lb. pecans or nut meats
    1 lb. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add salt, oil and molasses. Stir well.
    Add wheat germ, flours, nuts and raisins.
    Use about 1 cup of white flour in kneading.
    Flour varies, so use enough flour to make a proper dough.
    Knead well.
    Set aside to rise until double in bulk.
    Knead again and form into 6 loaves.
    Let rise again in loaf pans.
