Banana Nut Bread(Ada Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with banana, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 3 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans, sprayed with vegetable Pam spray. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. (Freezes well.) Remove from pan. Cool on rack. Makes 17 slices (1/2 inch) per pan. Each contains 132 calories.
