Millet Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. millet (uncooked)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (14 oz.) can Italian tomatoes (undrained)
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Brown millet and onion in oil (or may omit this step and add to rest of ingredients without oil).
    Add enough water to tomatoes and soup to make total of 4 cups.
    Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May top with Cheddar cheese if desired.
