Oriental Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. Rose wine
    1/3 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Pierce chicken breasts with a fork.
    Arrange in a 3-quart casserole.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High (power 10) for 11 to 13 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
