Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
nutmeg
salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except butter and seasoning.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add butter and season to taste. Serves 4.
