Pork Chops And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large blade pork chops
    4 c. apples, diced and peeled
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    In large skillet brown chops slowly on both sides without added fat.
    Remove chops and pour off fat.
    Put apples in a shallow baking dish and distribute onion evenly over the top, overlapping if necessary.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover tightly with lid or tinfoil and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 45 minutes.
