Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. corn bread, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. celery, diced
    1 small onion, minced
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 to 1 tsp. sage
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    enough hot chicken broth to moisten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix corn bread, celery, onion and seasoning.
    Add well beaten egg and butter; mix thoroughly.
    Moisten with hot chicken broth until soft.
    Pour into a well-greased baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or use to stuff a small chicken or turkey.
