Pinwheel Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    slices of bologna, salami or ham
    jar of Port wine cheese
Preparation
    Let cheese reach room temperature.
    Then, thinly spread cheese on slice of meat.
    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    Tray freeze.
    When frozen, slice 3/4 to 1-inch pieces.
    Place on party dish with toothpicks on the side or freeze and use at a later date.
