Molded Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add juice from drained pineapple.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Combine sour cream with mixture and beat with a mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in nuts and pineapple.
    Pour into lightly oiled mold. Congeal.
