Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
2 (2 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
4 c. milk
whipped cream or marshmallows (optional)

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine water, chocolate, sugar and salt.
Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate melts.
Gradually stir in milk.
Heat just to boiling.
Do not boil.
