Poppy Seed Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/4 c. flour
    1-1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. poppy seeds
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1-1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans or almonds, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, poppy seeds and baking powder.
    In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, oil and vanilla until blended.
    Stir liquids into dry ingredients until smooth.
    Mix in the nuts.
    Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes or until loaves test done.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans. Finish cooling on racks.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
