No Crust Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except whipped cream, in blender.Blend at medium speed until well mixed.
    Pour into greased (or Pam sprayed) 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Can be served warm or cool with a dollop of Cool Whip or plain.
