Avocado And Crab Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cooked fresh or frozen crabmeat
1 avocado, mashed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced chives
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
18 to 20 miniature cheese shells, Melba toast or crackers
Preparation

If using frozen crabmeat, thaw and drain.
In a medium bowl, use 2 forks to flake crabmeat.
Stir in smashed avocado, lemon juice, chives, yogurt, chili powder and salt.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into toast shells or crackers.
