Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. each: nutmeg, allspice, cloves and cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water plus 1/2 c. peach brandy or 1 c. water
1 c. each: pecans and raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine sugar, flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and cinnamon in large bowl.
Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil and water; combine with dry ingredients.
Beat well until mixed.
Fold in pecans and raisins.
Bake in large greased pan.
