Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives, sliced
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
1/2 pkg. Wick Fowler's taco seasoning
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation

Reserve a few pieces of olives and celery for garnishing the top of casserole. Brown turkey or ground beef and celery in nonstick skillet. Do not drain grease.
Pour in taco seasoning, olives and mushrooms. Heat until seasoning is dissolved.
