2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1 (10 oz.) prebaked thin crust Italian bread shell (12)
3 Italian plum tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
fresh cilantro leaves (optional) or dried basil
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0. In a small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce; mix well. Place bread shell on ungreased pizza pan. Spread chicken mixture over shell. Arrange tomatoes over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and dried basil. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread shell is browned. If you would like, sprinkle with cilantro.
