Asparagus Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans asparagus tips
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 pimento, cut up
    1 c. 1/4-inch cubes Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix everything together except butter.
    Pour into greased loaf size pan.
    Add cracker or bread crumbs to top and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
