Fresh Spinach And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and torn
    2 c. fresh basil leaves, cleaned
    balsamic vinegar to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. pine nuts, toasted
    ground black pepper
Preparation
    Toss spinach and basil together in large bowl.
    Saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
    (Do not let garlic brown.) Sprinkle salad with vinegar.
    Pour garlic mixture over salad and toss.
    Serve salad and add roasted pine nuts individually. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh ground pepper.
    Serves 6.
