Steak Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in narrow strips
    1/3 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 sliced onion
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
Preparation
    Toss steak with flour, salt and pepper.
    Put in casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Cover.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
