Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shelled and deveined shrimp
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. extra dry vermouth
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in olive oil until pink.
    Add vermouth, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook until liquid is almost gone.
    Sprinkle on parsley and lemon juice.
    Serve over rice.
