Zucchini Hater'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more zucchini
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs, seasoned
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    For Oven:
    Cook sliced zucchini in salted water.
    Drain and mash.
    Add sour cream, eggs, cracker crumbs and Cheddar cheese. Put in buttered 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
