Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped (4 c.)
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
dash of pepper
Preparation

Place cabbage in a greased 2-quart casserole.
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook until bubbly.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir until thick. Fold in cheese.
Pour over cabbage.
