Dot'S Spanish Omelet(Breakfast Or Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. cold water
    dash or two salt
    Prego sauce (with meat)
    1 Tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    chopped onion
    chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Beat these first 3 ingredients together well.
    Grease both sides of an omelet pan lightly with margarine and place over medium heat.
    Divide egg mixture in half and pour part in each side of the omelet pan.
    When 3/4 of the way done, spoon some Prego sauce (with meat), grated sharp Cheddar cheese, some chopped onion and some chopped green pepper over each side of the divided omelet. Then, flip omelet over, and cook a few seconds, more, so that the Prego sauce and other ingredients have a chance to warm through, thoroughly.
    Place on dish and enjoy!
