Ham Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 (6.75 oz.) can Hormel chunk ham, flaked
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. pimiento, diced
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Finely chop stems and onion.
    Saute in butter until tender, but not browned.
    Add ham, bread crumbs and pimiento.
    Stir until combined and crumbs are soft.
    Place mushroom caps in buttered baking dish; spoon ham mixture into caps.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
