San Antonio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, torn
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
1 large red onion, sliced into rings
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine lettuces, artichoke hearts, hearts of palms, onion, pimento, salt and pepper in salad bowl.
Add Parmesan cheese; toss to mix well.
