Cran-Apple Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 medium-sized, unpeeled apples
2 tsp. grated orange rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Wash cranberries and apples well.
Cut apples into quarters and remove cores.
Put cranberries and apples through a blender or food processor using medium blade.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
