Chili Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round beef
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain fat.
    Add next six ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Serve hot with chips.
