Company'S Coming Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sirloin tip roast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix or Lipton onion mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 can water

Preparation

Line roast pan with foil.
Place nice size sirloin roast in pan.
Add soup mix and golden mushroom soup on top of roast.
Pour 1 cup of water (use soup can to measure and pour over roast). Cover roast with foil and roast pan cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
This roast makes its own gravy and when meat is tender, carrots and potatoes can be added and returned to oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
