Carrot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 c. raw carrots, ground
    1 c. peanut butter
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, ground
    1 tsp. each: salt and sage
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly and put in oiled pan.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
