Breast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4)
    1/4 c. hot pepper sauce
    lettuce leaves
    celery leaves
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    5 Tbsp. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
    In a large glass bowl, mix together butter and pepper sauce for marinade.
    Add chicken, turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken, spoon 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each chicken breast. Fold in sides of chicken around cheese. Fasten with toothpicks.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on Medium-high
    (70%), 8 to 9 minutes.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Garnish with celery leaves.
