Chicken Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans asparagus, drained
4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and diced (should make about 2 c.)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place asparagus in casserole dish.
Brown chicken and layer over asparagus.
Mix soup, mayo and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
Brown crackers in butter and sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
