Crisp Chicken With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken pieces
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (1/2 tsp. plus 1 tsp.)
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. pepper (1/4 tsp. plus 1/2 tsp.)
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Mix
    eggs,
    1/2 teaspoon salt, milk and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper together.\tIn
    another bowl mix other dry ingredients. Dip chicken
    in
    liquid
    mixture
    and then in the flour mix to coat. Fry
    in
    oil
    in
    14-inch
    Dutch
    oven, turning after 5 minutes. Cover
    and\tsimmer 15 minutes, turning once.
    Remove lid and cook for 15 minutes more.
    Drain and serve.
