Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. fresh skim milk
    1/2 c. granulated or powdered type sugar substitute
    1 c. bananas, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt and evaporated milk until well mixed.
    Add fresh milk and sugar substitute.
    Cook in top of double boiler until mixture is consistency of soft custard.
    Add vanilla; mix well and remove from heat.
    Toss sliced bananas with lemon juice and arrange in bottom of 9-inch graham cracker crust, reserving several slices for garnish.
    Pour custard mix over the bananas. Arrange reserved slices on top and chill until well set.
