Beef-Broccoli-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    2 boxes scalloped potatoes
    16 oz. sour cream
    6 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Place potatoes in 2 1/2-quart pan.
    Spread cooked ground beef over potatoes.
    Spread frozen broccoli, broken apart, over beef.
    Sprinkle powdered mixture from the potatoes over the broccoli.
    Add butter to 1 cup of boiling water to melt.
    Mix in sour cream and pour over casserole.
    Pour remaining water over casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
