Baked Macaroni 'N Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. American cheese, cut into cubes
    1/3 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in pepper, salt, mustard and flour.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Combine sauce, cheese and macaroni.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
