Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Combine egg, sour cream and cooking oil.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients all at once.
    Mix only until all ingredients are moist.
    Fill well greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
