Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil (Wesson)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Add one can of Baker's poppy filling.
Add one cup chopped walnuts (optional).
Beat well on medium for 2 minutes.
