Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Fold in strawberries last. Bake in two 9 x 5-inch pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
