Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. light cream
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place butter in a 4-cup glass bowl.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Cook on medium for 1 minute, beating every 15 seconds until thickened.
    Remove from oven and beat with mixer until light and smooth.
