Angel Food Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 angle food cake, prepared
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
1 small box raspberry Jell-O
1 small box orange Jell-O
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 small pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. blueberries
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Tear cake into three sections and place each section in a bowl. Pour one flavor of Jell-o (dry mix) over each section. Mix well. In a tube pan or other deep dish, layer as follows: orange cake mixture, drained mandarin oranges, ice cream. Raspberry cake mixture, blueberries, ice cream. Strawberry cake mixture, ice cream, drained strawberries. Place in freezer until ready to serve. Let sit out for about 5 minutes before serving.
