Far East Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch slices
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. diced pimentos
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Parboil celery in small amount of water for 8 minutes.
    Drain. Add soup, pimentos, milk, chestnuts and cheese. Put into a greased casserole.
    Toss crumbs with almonds in melted butter.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
