Nutty Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, flaked with liquid
    10 Hi Ho (Ritz) crackers, crumbled (1/2 c.)
    1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. finely grated onion
Preparation
    Combine salmon with its liquid, crackers and Grape-Nuts cereal.
    Mix well. Add egg, milk and onion. Stir until well blended.
    Make into small patties. Fry in melted butter (I use Pam) in a skillet. Brown on both sides. Serve.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
