Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sweet green pepper
2 sticks celery
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 medium onion
Preparation

Fry ground beef in 1/4 inch of oil.
Cube green pepper, onion and celery. Put in skillet with ground beef.
Simmer until tender. Cook macaroni until tender.
Drain. Pour in tomato sauce, then add ground beef mixture to macaroni.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
