Cherry Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 box white cake mix
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 pkg. crushed walnuts
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together pie filling and pineapple (do not drain) in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 1 box white cake mix over top.
    Dot one stick of butter on top of cake mix.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Top with Cool Whip to eat.
