Yum Yum Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar (a little more)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand 20 minutes; scald milk and pour over sugar, butter and salt.
    Let cool to lukewarm, then add yeast.
    Beat eggs and add.
    Beat in flour.
    Place in bowl; brush top with melted fat and let rise until double in bulk about 1 hour.
    Make in buns; bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
