Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, skinned
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
1 green pepper, cut long
Preparation

In saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and broth, then mix cornstarch and water and add to mixture.
Cook sauce until thickened.
Add pineapple chunks to sauce.
Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Uncover.
Add green pepper strips and keep basting with sauce.
Bake; uncover for additional 5 to 10 minutes.
