French Toast(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light evaporated skimmed milk
    6 large egg whites
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. honey
    dash of nutmeg
    6 slices homemade wheat bread
Preparation
    Whisk the first 5 ingredients together in bowl until well beaten.
    Soak bread in milk mixture on both sides.
    Fry in nonstick pan or griddle until lightly browned on both sides, but still moist inside.
    Serve with maple syrup, orange marmalade or powdered sugar.
